The Buttercups are our older toddler classroom. The teachers Letty Rocha and Jenny Pickerings use the Creative Curriculum to develop age appropriate activities that continue to improve coordination, increase verbal skills and further develop problem solving skills. The teachers provide a variety of different activities to foster their curiosity such as sensory play, science activities, block play, dramatic play and art, puzzles and manipulatives. Our toddlers also start to learn social skills such as cooperation and sharing. We encourage independence and development of their self esteem and confidence.

The approximate age group for the Buttercups Classroom is 20 months to 34 months old.
