The Child Development Center participates in the Child & Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) administered by the Department of Agriculture. A nutritional breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack are daily prepared and served family style in our dining room.
Our staff nutritionist, Jacqueline Skrivanek, prepares monthly menus that adhere to the nutritional guidelines set forth by the Department of Agriculture. Each meal is tailored to the specific age group being served. Appropriate portions are measured based on the nutritional needs of each age group. Special or alternative meals are prepared for children with food allergies. The Center is peanut free.

The CACFP program promotes healthy eating by requiring that children are offered a healthy nutritionaly balanced meal. The monthly menus are listed below:
| August 2009 | September 2009 | October 2009 | November 2009 | December 2009 |
